WebI’ve been experiencing a lot of pain in my lower rib area recently. It started around 6 months ago and it was always first thing in the morning I would experience sharp pain in the lower rib area. This pain would subside within 15 mins of getting out of bed and moving around. However, over the last two weeks the pain has remained during the day. WebBut it does start with the basic of where your stomach is located, which is right under your ribcage, on the left side. And one of the hiatal hernia pains you can definitely feel is in that area just on the upper abdomen, under the ribcage on the left. And you can feel pain from bloating. You can feel pain from the stomach being in spasm.
