Web30 de nov. de 2024 · The High 5 Habit? I’m not really a big high-fiving kinda person, and the whole concept seemed like a bit of a stretch and a whole lot of corny-ness. For lack of a better word. But The High 5 Habit is really good…anecdotal and scientific and motivating and inspiring and hopeful and comforting all in an easy-to-read book. WebThen, she moves more broadly into how the brain changes and why we hold ourselves back and how with that information we can make changes through the high five habit. And she gives my favorite habit of the book, "looking for hearts" (which has a really deep meaning). The high 5 habit isn't one habit, there's actually many of them in the book.
