WebWhen an Astrobee first wakes up, nobody has access control on it. Only one Control Station at a time can have access control on an Astrobee. The Control Station must "grab control" of an Astrobee before sending any commands. Astrobee executes Grab Control and Station Keep commands regardless of whether the sender has access control.
