It should be a very decent PC for my uses, which is mostly business type stuff. I’ve also ordered 3 additional ram sticks to get it to 64GB as I run a couple virtual PCs.

The 460watt PSU is more of a Custom build, so it is hard to gauges the ability to do the job. NVIDIA recommends a 500watt PSU. The card itself needs 165watts on the 12v. The PSU has 385watts on the 12v. That leaves 220watts + 175watts on the 3.3 / 5v - I think you will be just fine.
