WebWhen I was doing C25K I did 4.0 walking (I naturally walk really fast) and 4.7 running. I started out faster than that but 4.7 was the pace I could actually sustain while being able to talk comfortably. 5.7 is way faster than almost anyone doing C25K, thats usually a pace that people can't sustain at a conversational effort until they can run more than 30 minutes
